     I am Dr.Palaniappan Meenakshisundaram, a medical graduate from Madras varsity, practicing medicine from primary health care to immunology, leprosy and HIV for the past 25 Years. I happened to come across many HIV patients on allopathic Anti-Retro Virals are happened to be suffering more humiliation due to ARV rather than the disease itself besides drug resistance, intolerance, toxicity and non-compliance and pathetic humiliation at the hands of medical fraternity. HIV on entry into the human system, attaches itself to T4 Lymphocytes (CD4) and enter attains a DNA structure, multiples and breaks open and goes on invading millions of T4 Lymphocytes by chain reaction and after 6 weeks minor ailments manifest and may vanish unnoticed and P24 and PCR Tests may prove +ve done by RANBAXY LAB (SRL) Mumbai at the cost around Rs.1000/- within a period of 8-10 years the body immune system becomes ineffective and virtually prone for any viral, bacterial, protozoal infection and neurological morbidity. HIV develops into AIDS with elevated VIRAL LOAD from 3600/ml to 50000 and more and depleted CD4 count below 50 or so. The prognosis can be assessed by VIRAL LOAD and CD4 count at a cost of about Rs.4000/- and CD4 and CD8 count at a cost of about Rs.1500/- by SRL, Mumbai.
